TERMS & CANCELLATIONS

In the advent of cancellation, the following charges apply:

1: Written notice of cancellation received more than 25 days prior to the itinerary arrival date - Refund shall be honoured less the $50 non refundable deposit per person.

2. Written notice of cancellation received within 25 days and prior to 15 days of the itinerary arrival date - the $50 per person deposit paid by the client is non refundable. However, if the client has paid more than the deposit, the balance shall be honoured by repayment of such funds the Company can recapture from the suppliers as the Company remits full payment for green/cart fees, accommodations, rental car or any other service upon receipt of payment in full by the client - a $50 handling fee per person applies.

3: Written notice of cancellation received within 15 days of the itinerary arrival date - shall be honoured by repayment of such funds the Company can recapture from the suppliers, subject to the Supplier cancellation policy, less the $50 non refundable deposit and a $100 handling fee per person.

Itinerary Changes1:

Once your itinerary is final and is confirmed 16 or more days in advance of your arrival date, any late itinerary changes requested will be willingly made. Any increase or reduction of price caused by change shall be added or deducted from your package balance. Any requested change to your itinerary is subject to availability at the time of request. A booking fee of $25 per person applies.

2: Changes may be made within 15 days of your arrival date. Any refund shall be honoured by such funds the Company can recapture from the supplier/s, according to the cancellation policy of the supplier/s. All additional Supplier inclusion charges and/or fees of such change must be paid. A booking fee of $50 per person applies.

Travel Insurance
For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you obtain trip insurance to cover you in case of forced cancellation, loss or damage to luggage and golf equipment, personal injury, accident or illness, none of which the Coolabar Golf & Travel Service can be responsible for. Coolabar's US Golf Vacations uses and recommends Travelex Maximum benefit/low premium cover (see option to include when building your own package).

Unused Services
Tour services included in the package which are not used for any reason are non refundable.

Rental vehicle
Rental vehicle includes unlimited mileage, applicable airport and State taxes and a 59 minute late return grace period. Rental vehicle package inclusion does not include fuel, additional drivers, additional days, drop off charges and all insurances. Each rental vehicle day included in a package consists of a 24-hour period beginning when the car is picked up. No refund will be made for vehicles used for less than a 24-hour period. If a rental vehicle is returned outside the 24-hour period, additional charges may apply. Additional charges incurred must be paid directly to the rental vehicle company. A valid driver’s license will be required prior to hiring a rental vehicle. Rental car company age restrictions will apply.

Responsibility

Coolabar's US Golf Vacations and/or its Agents, Representatives and/or associated companies, give notice that all tickets, coupons, vouchers issued by them and all arrangements for golf, accommodation, transport or conveyance or for accommodation used and for any other arrangement, are made by them as agents upon the express condition that they shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle or by negligence on the part of any person engaged in conveying the passenger therewith or of any negligence on the part of any person engaged in the supply of any service, golf course, hotel or other accommodation proprietor or servant.

The Company and/or its agents and representatives and/or associated companies accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in airline schedules, ferries or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantines or other causes.

Passports, visa, health certificates, golf handicaps and any other personal documents are the responsibility of the client. The Company does not accept responsibility for the loss of services or extra charges due to lack of such documents or failure to comply with any such or other regulations.
